These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of freshspot.lol and the cleaning services provided by FreshSpot Cleaning Ltd. ("FreshSpot", "we", "us"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
FreshSpot provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Calgary area. Inclusions and pricing are described on our website and confirmed at booking. We may refuse or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe or out of scope.
2. Bookings & quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change if the actual scope differs materially from what was described.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee communicated in advance.
4. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the premises. Please secure valuables and tell us about hazards, pets or special instructions beforehand.
5. Happiness guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a cleaned area, tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean it free. This re-clean is our sole obligation under the guarantee.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshSpot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to FreshSpot or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision; continued use means acceptance.
